Visit the old medina or a tannery.

Fez is the oldest royal city of Morocco and has some very nice spots to offer. Wander around in the old medina, full of narrow alleys and small shops. Take a walk past the beautiful royal palace with golden doors and a mosaic facade. A visit to one of the tanneries is a definite must. The roofs of the tanneries offer an amazing view of the colourful vessels in which the leather is dyed.
