Welcome to
Split

Split

A harbour town with an old centre but also with a modern side.

Split is a port city on the Adriatic Sea, in the southwest of Croatia. Split is the second city of the country and the birthplace of the Roman emperor Diocletian. He left clear traces behind in the city. The palace of Diocletian from the fourth century has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1979 and cannot be missed in the city centre. Outside the old inner city, there are beautiful shopping streets that also show the modern side of Split.
